Gather all Ingredients
Warm Chocolate melts in Microwave safe bowl on 1/2 power (or defrost setting) Stirring between 30 sec intervals.
Once chocolate is melted. Fill each cavity of mold until bottom is covered.
Add one Oreo to each cavity and fill remainder of cavity until Oreo is no longer visible.
Refrigerate mold when filled. Approx 10 minutes or until Chocolate has hardened.
When ready, place mold on large plate and gently push on top of mold to release each Shamrock.
Add little Candy eyes...and Voila!!
